Getting ready to leave

Our last day in Tomball,Loading of the car.
The empty car is only the beginning!
The watchfull eye oversees the loading of the posessions.

See we got it all in with Diane's help.
The lord of the car awaits.
Off we go on the great adventure.

Toodles to Tomball,We will miss you all greatly.

Our last night in Texas

Had a great lunch with Diane,Trish, & Charmaine at Olive Garden from 11.30 to 4.30. Can you believe we could talk that long? The waitress was a quilter from Maine and she didn't even throw us out!  We came  back to Diane's and gathered up all of our stuff and I don't think it will all fit in the car. We'll find out in the morning!
We are going to look like a sardine can, with my Gammill, Bernina, and Featherweight - of course I needed to take those with me.

My Featherweight, stumpwork, thread case ( Joyce made it for me), and my applique project case.

Gammie's all wrapped up ready to go.

"Is all my stuff in here?"

God forbid we should leave Dick's model tank behind, even if we have to strap it to the top.

And then there is poor Max: he just can't figure out what is going on. He is staying close to my quilting stuff so he doesn't get left behind!
There has to be a place for us somewhere!
